We first met in November 2016 on our first date at Fuji Yama Sushi in Newport Beach, California. We hit it off and waited just 24 hours before our second date on Alyssa's Uncle's boat. Just two months later, we embarked on our first adventure together with a trip to San Francisco.

Fast forward to October 2023, we moved to our new home, Sunset Beach. A month later in November 2023, we got engaged on a Duffy boat in Huntington Harbor.

James grew up in the City of Orange and works as an accountant, while Alyssa grew up in Corona and works in finance. Alyssa loves that James is kind, handy, and resourceful, and James admires Alyssa for being outgoing, strong, and driven. Together, we share a passion for traveling, snowboarding, paddle boarding, camping, kayaking, watching movies, and taking long walks on the beach.

We’ve grown together over these past 8 years and everything couldn’t have happened at a more perfect time. We are very excited about what the future holds for us!
